#1 – Custodian – Mid Cape

Full Time: Responsible for custodial services in all area buildings and restrooms, refuse collection and removal, light grounds maintenance around building exteriors; small repair of faucets, pipes, toilets and sinks; simple repairs to switches, wall sockets, lighting and data wiring according to skill level. High school diploma.  Must be 18 years old.  Clean driving record.  Able to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.  Comfortable working from ladders and height up to 10 feet. This is a year-round position, some holidays and weekends will be required. Hours are subject to change during summer

#2 – Financial Analyst – Upper Cape

Full Time: Reports directly to the Vice President for Marine Facilities & Operations. This position oversees fiscal-related matters in Marine Operations such as coordinating, establishing and monitoring budgets and expenses; provides routine reporting & analytical support to marine ops management; is a liaison to the Finance & Accounting Department and oversees other financial matters and related duties for the functional groups in Marine Operations. Bachelor's Degree required, in accounting or finance preferred. Minimum of 5- 7 years of financial work experience. Strong accounting experience necessary with working knowledge of the federal funding agencies (NSF, ONR, NOAA,)-Federal Uniform Guidance and FAR Regulations and knowledge of the UNOLS Office preferred welcomes thoughtful comments and the varied opinions of our readers.
