Hyannis, MA - The Barnstable Charitable Foundation partnered with nine local non profits to present the 14th Annual Spectacle of Trees at Cape Cod Mall during the 2019 holiday season.

Lavishly decorated trees loaded with gifts were put on display for three weeks. Tree Bucks sold for $10 each and were used to vote for the best tree.

The event concluded on December 14th when master of ceremonies, Jonathan Thompson of JT’s Chronicles led the drawing and the tree winners were selected from those who voted.

Each tree was sponsored and created by nine different local non-profit organization partners. All proceeds from their Tree Bucks received as a vote went directly to that nonprofit.

This year the nine trees on display generated 100,000.00 in donations, with one returning beneficiary organization doubling their fundraising total from the previous year.

The 15th Annual Spectacle of Trees will take place in 2020. For more information, visit spectacleoftrees.com or follow Barnstable Charitable Foundation at Facebook.com/ barnstablecharity
