January 20-24, 2020

  • Misc. Site Demo (R&R site signage, saw-cutting, asphalt curb removal)

January 27-31

  • Brick sidewalk removal (clean, organize and palletize bricks for reuse)
  • Unclassified excavation for subgrade of brick walks
  • Install gravel subbase for brick walks

February 3-7

  • Drainage Structure installation (CBs and DMHs)
  • Continue excavation and gravel subbase installation
  • Begin installation of underground electric conduit for proposed street lighting
  • Begin rough construction of (2) landscape plazas bordering Brewster-Cross road, possibly curb installation

February 10-28

  • Vertical Granite Curb installation
  • Continue with sidewalk prep
  • Continue with underground electric infrastructure

March 1-15

  • Vertical Granite Curb Installation
  • Finish underground electric work
  • Begin Brick sidewalk construction

March 15-31

  • Continue with Brick Sidewalk Construction
  • Install cobble and brick driveway aprons
  • Install porous pave and tree bed sections with sand-based structural soil

April 1-15

  • Continue with brick sidewalk installation
  • Begin installation of landscape areas and larger trees
  • Begin installation of landscape furnishings (Signs, benches, seat walls, etc)

April 15-30

  • Continue with landscape installation (loam, shrubs and trees)
  • Mill Main St
  • Raise and replace manhole covers
  • Pave Main St

May

  • Loam and seed landscape areas
  • Install bark mulch
  • Install roadway cobblestones
  • Pave necessary drive aprons
  • Street Line painting
  • Sealcoat post office parking lot and Friends marketplace
  • Furnish and Install Street Lighting (posts, lights, testing, etc)
