While it's cold this morning all indications are for above normal temperatures to persist along the East Coast including MA, RI and CT into at least the first 10 days or so of February.

Mostly sunny, with a high near 40. Southwest wind 8 to 10 mph.

A slight chance of rain between midnight and 3am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 35. Southwest wind 5 to 7 mph becoming calm in the evening. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

A chance of rain, mainly between noon and 3pm. Cloudy, with a high near 42. Calm wind becoming northeast 5 to 8 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
