The ideal candidate must have the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. At least 4 years of Accounts Payable experience. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. Quickbooks Desktop. Thorough knowledge of accounts payable systems and procedures. Must be extremely accurate and detailed oriented. Ability to work independently and on a team with emphasis on accuracy and timelines. Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to analyze processes and suggest/implement continuous improvements.

#2 Regular Giving Manager – Mid Cape     

Full Time: Direct Marketer who is flexible and nimble and can manage multiple projects at one time. provide leadership and strategic direction for Regular Giving program in eight fundraising markets. Responsible for the ongoing development of Regular giving program to retain, cultivate, upgrade and reactivate donors according to Development goals and metrics. 5+ years in-depth direct marketing experience, preferably with international fundraising experience, and demonstrated success in managing multiple complex, deadline-driven direct mail and telemarketing campaigns. A BS degree preferably in Marketing, or equivalent fundraising business experience. Knowledge of international direct marketing or fundraising.
