Here are the expected max wind gusts for today across SNE. Strongest winds will be this afternoon with gusts generally 30-40 mph, but up to 50 mph gusts possible over the Cape and Islands.

Rain and possibly a thunderstorm before noon, then a slight chance of showers between noon and 1pm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Areas of fog before noon. High near 48. Breezy, with an east wind 14 to 22 mph becoming southwest in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

Partly cloudy, with a low around 30. West wind 15 to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 33 mph.

Sunny, with a high near 37. Breezy, with a west wind 20 to 22 mph, with gusts as high as 34 mph.
